Zero Balance in IconEx Wallet

I’ve had a zero balance in IconEx wallet for a number of weeks now. Anyone else experiencing this or have any suggestions?

In general, Hana wallet is now recommended rather than ICONex.
Here is a link to their site (mobile apps on the way soon)
