I have apply a node ,http://178.128.211.68/iconsensus/candidates/170/,
I added the telegram , but have no idea to make the node useful.
Could any one tell me who could verify the node or tell me what to do after apply a node ?

That’s not a P-Rep onchain registration. Follow the guide I linked you to above.
