What is the process of Smart Contract approval?

Hello ICON Team,

Could you please advise what is the process of approving a new Smart Contract created by any P-Rep team?
What is the time frame for this approval?
What information do you need us to provide in order to approve our Smart Contract?

We are almost ready with our Testnet Smart Contract and soon we need to implement our Smart Contract on Mainnet.
