For example, I may hold 50% of my net worth in ICX. So I set up a heuristic which requires me to check in once every 2 years. If i do not, a notification will be sent to confirm the proceeding distribution of wealth, if there is still no response then my icx wil be distributed to the public addresses I have specified.
