If icx not touch 12$ on 2024 bull run we need to hard fork to change ICX chain to JVM, WASM, EVM chain and change ticker only like ICON (ICN).
EVM chain support metamask and trustwallet etc.
All developer easy developed dapp like uniswap, pancake etc.
But this all applicable on when icx not cross all time high.
