Currently global commission rate is around 12.7879%. With this change the prep rate changes to 13 and the voters fund is decreased to 77 to generate rewards for CPS. Is my understanding correct ?
Correct, but I believe the monthly inflation rate (in ICX) also decreased with ICON 2 - Monthly Reward Fund Setting Proposal
