Given Cps is right around the corner, I understand funding will come from block rewards etc. However to kick start the launch will we see the foundation chip into the fund? For example Cps launched with 400k icx added to the fund so we can get some work started?
Or is there a snapshot? i guess my worry is when it launches we should not wait a while before enough ICX has been saved to kick of funding for projects being proposed in cps.
